How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
A member of our team reads every enquiry and replies personally, not with an automated sales sequence. We usually come back with a few questions about your goals, users and current tools, or a suggested time for a call, so the first conversation is genuinely useful for both sides.
Is the project assistant AI, and where does my information go?
Yes, it is an AI assistant that runs on our own servers, not an outside AI service. It works out what you have already told it, asks only what is still missing, and prepares a structured brief for our team. Everything you type is saved with your enquiry, and a person from the team, not the AI, reviews it and replies to you.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us what you want to build or improve, who will use it and the tools you rely on today. A rough budget, deadlines and links to existing systems or designs help too. If you’re not sure yet, a short description of the problem and what a good result would look like is enough to start.
Can we have a call or meeting across time zones?
Yes. With teams in the UK and Pakistan, we’re used to working with clients in different time zones and schedule video calls at times that suit your working day. Between calls we stay in touch by email and WhatsApp, so questions don’t wait for the next meeting and you always know what’s happening on your project.
Will you sign an NDA before we share project details?
Yes, we’re happy to sign an NDA before you share details. Send us a short, non-confidential outline first and let us know you need an NDA. We’ll arrange it before discussing specifics such as your data, internal processes, customer information or product plans, and treat everything you share with care.
