What careers at Bit & Byte Lab look like
Careers at Bit & Byte Lab are built on real work. You’ll help design, build and run software that businesses use every day, including our own Sublime Care Cloud ERP and the client platforms in our portfolio.
Our stack is .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core, Angular, Flutter, PHP and Laravel, with SQL Server and MySQL on Linux servers we manage ourselves. Some projects also use self-hosted AI models.
Our engineering team is based in Gujranwala and works closely with clients remotely, so clear written communication matters as much as good code.

Roles we typically hire for
We don’t recruit for every role all year round. These are the skills our client projects and our own products usually need.
Software engineers
Back-end and full-stack developers working with .NET, ASP.NET Core, PHP and Laravel on business systems and APIs.
Front-end and Angular developers
Building admin panels, dashboards and web interfaces that stay clear across complex, data-heavy screens.
Mobile developers (Flutter)
Creating cross-platform apps, like Sublime Groceria, that run on the same APIs as our web platforms.
UI/UX designers
Designing interfaces for business software, portals and mobile apps, from wireframes to finished screens.
