UI/UX design

UI/UX design services for software people enjoy using

We design dashboards, portals, apps and stores that make complex tasks feel simple, then build them with the same team.

What’s included

  • User research and journeys
  • Wireframes and prototypes
  • Design systems
  • Dashboard and ERP interfaces

Why design matters

Good design is what makes software get used

Our UI/UX design services focus on one thing: helping people finish tasks quickly and without confusion. If staff avoid a system or customers abandon a checkout, the problem is usually the experience, not the feature list.

We design with development in mind, because we build what we design.

That means interfaces that are realistic to deliver, consistent from screen to screen and easy to extend when the next feature arrives.

Signs your product needs UX work

  • Users ask how to do basic tasks
  • Screens look different across the product
  • Customers drop out before checkout
  • New features feel bolted on

UI/UX design services we offer

From the first sketch to a design system your developers can build with.

User research and journeys

We learn who your users are, what they need to do and where the current experience gets in the way.

Wireframes and prototypes

Clickable prototypes that let you test flows and agree the details before any development budget is spent.

Interface design

Clear, accessible screens for web and mobile, with colour, typography and components chosen to suit your brand.

Dashboard and ERP interfaces

Complex data, permissions and workflows organised into screens people can use all day without strain.

Custom software development

Design systems

Reusable components and rules that keep every screen consistent and make new pages faster to build.

UX reviews and redesigns

A detailed review of your existing product, followed by prioritised fixes or a full redesign.

How our UI/UX design process works

Collaborative and visual, so you react to real screens rather than long descriptions.

  1. 1Research

Users, goals and pain points explored through conversations and your existing data.

  2. 2Structure

User journeys, information architecture and wireframes agreed for the key flows.

  3. 3Design and prototype

High-fidelity screens and clickable prototypes, refined with your feedback.

  4. 4Handover and build

Design system and specifications handed to developers, often our own.

Design that ships

Designed by the team that builds it

Many design projects stall at handover, when polished mock-ups meet real data and technical limits. Because we also develop web applications and mobile apps, our designs are shaped by how they’ll actually be built.

For Sublime Care Cloud we designed around metadata, so a new module’s forms and tables follow the same patterns from day one.

For Zuriyat Foods we built a component design system that keeps the store consistent as it grows.

What you get

  • Journey maps and wireframes
  • Clickable prototypes
  • Responsive, accessible screen designs
  • A reusable design system
  • Developer-ready handover

UI/UX design services FAQs

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

How much do UI/UX design services cost?

Cost depends on the number of screens and user journeys, how much research is needed and whether you need a full design system. After a short conversation about your product we give you a clear estimate, and we can start with a focused review or a few key flows.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design is about how the product works: the journeys, structure and steps users take to get something done. UI design is how it looks and feels: layout, colour, typography and components. Good products need both, which is why we handle them together.

How long does a UI/UX design project take?

A review of an existing product or a prototype of a few key flows can take a matter of weeks. Designing a full platform takes longer and usually runs alongside development, so screens are designed, tested and built in stages.

Can you redesign our existing software or website?

Yes. We start by reviewing how people use the current product and where they struggle, then prioritise fixes. That might be a handful of targeted improvements or a full redesign, rolled out gradually so your users aren’t disrupted.

Do you also develop the designs you create?

Yes. We design and build web applications, mobile apps and e-commerce stores, so the same team takes the design into development. If you have your own developers, we hand over a design system and detailed specifications they can work from.

Is your product harder to use than it should be?

Show us where your users get stuck. We’ll show you how better design could fix it.
