How much do CloudOps services cost?

Can you manage servers for software you didn’t build?
Yes, as long as we can get access to the code and servers. We begin with an audit to understand how the application is deployed and where the risks are, then stabilise and document the setup before taking on routine maintenance.
Which hosting providers do you work with?
We work with Linux servers, whether you already rent them from a hosting company or need new ones set up. We recommend hosting based on what your applications need and what fits your budget, rather than pushing a particular provider.
What happens if our application goes down?
Monitoring alerts us to outages and warning signs such as full disks or failing services, so we can investigate quickly. We then fix the cause, not just the symptom, and adjust monitoring or configuration to reduce the chance of it happening again.
