The challenge
Why the store needed more than a template
Crafted Moments sells personalised photo magnets, and every order is different: each magnet needs the customer’s own photo, cropped to the right shape.
A custom WooCommerce store had to let customers add and crop their photos while ordering, keep those photos private, and make the finished files easy for the team to print.
Customers in Pakistan also expect cash on delivery, clear delivery charges and a quick way to ask questions on WhatsApp.

What we built
A lean custom theme and a purpose-built plugin, replacing the demo theme and page builder.
Custom theme
A lightweight theme built for the brand, without a page builder, with SEO and structured data handled in code.
Photo magnet builder
Customers pick Starter, Family or Memory wall sets, then add and crop one photo per magnet before ordering.
Private photo storage
Uploaded photos are stored outside the public web folder and moved into the order they belong to.
Order photos for printing
The team sees each order’s photos in the admin and downloads them as a ZIP, ready to print.
Cash on delivery and WhatsApp
Rs. 250 delivery across Pakistan, cash on delivery, and one-tap WhatsApp for questions and order confirmations.
More product lines
Custom badges, stickers and personalised items sit on the same system, with price-on-request until prices are set.

Crafted Moments is live at craftedmoments.pk. Customers choose a magnet set, upload and crop their photos, and check out with cash on delivery.
Every order arrives with its photos attached and ready to print, and new product lines such as custom badges were added on the same system.
